Introduction and History &lt;/b&gt;- Bristol Airport serves over 3 million passengers a year, with flights to many destinations across Europe on offer.   HRH Prince George opened the airport in 1930. De-requisitioned in 1956. Used as an RAF base for the previous 10 years, was opened by The Duchess of Kent in 1957. In 1989 over 34,000 passengers used Bristol airport. In 2000 the new terminal opended by HRH the Princess Royal, designed to carry 3.5 million passengers.   From the South leave the M5 at Junction 22, at roundabout take 3rd exit signposted A38. At East Brent roundabout joining the A370 take the 2nd exit signposted A38 &amp; airport. Continue on this road for approx 11 miles, the airport is on the left. From the East, at Junction 20, join the M5 southbound. Exit the M5 at junction 18 (signposted A4 Bristol &amp; Airport). Take the A4 towards Bristol following signs for the airport. Bristol International is located 8 miles south of Bristol City Centre. From the north leave the M5 at junction 18 (signposted A4 Bristol &amp; Airport). Take the A4 towards Bristol following signs for the airport. Go past Bristol City Football ground and connect with the A38 towards Taunton.&lt;br&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Facilities - Introduction:- &lt;/b&gt;There are babycare facilities in two of the the toilets on the ground floor. There is a separate babycare facility on the mezzanine floor and several babycare facilities on the first floor within the departures lounge Once inside the terminal you will find all of the facilities you would expect at a small international airport. There are two airport lounges, currency exchange bureaus and a number of ATMs. There is a good range of eating options, excellent disability facilities and duty free shopping.  &lt;br&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Taxi&lt;/b&gt;: Airportcarz operate from the airport providing pre-quotes, air conditioned, Ford Galaxys 24hrs a day. The booking desk is in the Terminal, opposite Arrivals. They also operate wheelchair accessible minibuses.  &lt;br&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Bus or Coach&lt;/b&gt;: Bus 121 goes to Weston Super Mare from the airport. The Bristol International Flyer coach system runs between Bristol train station and the airport. &lt;br&gt;
